Placing an order with Just Country Homewares is very simple.Select the quantity and product you wish to purchase and then click on the "add to cart" button below the product, you will then be given the option to "proceed to checkout" or to "continue shopping". Here you can also view the items you have chosen and make any necessary changes ie. delete a product, or change the quantity. When you have finished shopping click on the "proceed to checkout". You will then be asked to create an account that will store your name, shipping details and email address, so that next time when you visit with us all you have to do is log in. However, for security reasons you will need to re-enter your payment details on each shopping visit as this information is not stored by us.
Once satisfied with your order click on the "continue checkout" tab. Here you can select your payment option so your order can be processed. Please note that this total does not include shipping costs. I will email you with the total cost once we have received your order.
This site is in Australian dollar currency.To exchange currency please use our converter on the bottom of the home/main page PLEASE NOTE: Freight charges to be advised via telephone or email.There will be NO charge to your credit card,If chosing this type of payment until freight cost is confirmed from you.
POSTAGE DETAILS: Once your have placed your order please DO NOT proceed with payment until we contact you via phone or email about freight charges. The freight charge will depend on postcode and weight. With smaller items most of the time your orders can be placed into prepaid satchels, but with bigger orders and breakables they will need to be boxed. Once you have given approval for the total amount only then will we proceed with the order and charge your credit card if this was your choice of payment.

SHIPPING: We take great care in packing and checking your items at dispatch knowing they leave here in perfect condition but we don’t take responsibility for loss or damage in transit . If you wish to ensure your package arrives safely we highly recommend you request registered post for an extra $3.00. All parcels are sent on the day cleared funds are received credit card and paypal payments are sent the same day as receiving postage confirmation from you.

REFUNDS: We will happily accept returns with a full refund of the sale price excluding postage if returned within 7 days of the sale date and the product is returned in the same condition.
